Exchange and Return Policy
At All20five we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that buying products online can sometimes be difficult, so we have made our returns and exchanges process as simple as possible so that you can shop with confidence.
Returns or Exchanges of Products
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products are unused and undamaged. This applies to all our products, such as gadgets, accessories, home items and other items. Please note that items that have been opened or used may not be returnable unless they are defective.
How does exchanging or returning work in three easy steps?
Step 1: Contact us for the return form
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us via the contact page on our website. We will email you the return form so you can fill it out and include it with your return shipment.
Step 2: Pack your order carefully
Carefully pack the products you want to return or exchange and add the completed return form. Send the package to the address stated on the return form. Do not forget to add a Track & Trace code to the return shipment for safe and reliable shipping.
Step 3: Receive your refund or exchange your product
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within five working days, unless you have chosen to exchange for another product. If you request an exchange, we will send the replacement product to you as soon as possible, depending on stock.

Return costs: The costs for returning products are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exceptions: Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Defective or damaged: If you have received a defective or damaged product, we kindly request that you send us a photo of the product as soon as possible after receipt by email to sha_20@outlook.com. We will then consult with you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.
